So Goth

Eek lots of updates lately, eh?

This is just an old somewhat self-mocking joke I used to make to my friends. I've always worn lots of black simply because it goes with anything and I think it looks best on me. I don't aspire to subscribe to any sub-cultures really, though. But, yea, the gaping, bleeding wound within my heart... *lesigh!* How can those white-faced poets compete!? :P

Anyway. The hole is not the end of the story. A hole would have been a pretty easy fix but I've got the added bonus of having some dangly bit hanging out right next to the hole. No one knows what it is (hard to tell/see just from angiograms and esophageal echos) and no one wants to try to patch the hole because they think if they jostle that little dangling chad in there and it comes loose and sucks through that I could have a massive heart attack and/or die.
Thaaaaaat's good enough reason for me to leave it alone for now...

To be fair, that WAS about 5 years ago. I'd bet that by now there's someone who could do something about this for me. However, I am STILL in debt from the hospitalization 5 years ago and I don't have health insurance just now. PLEASE don't get me started on the state of health-care in this country...

So, just giving you all a heads up, I have TheShocker in town Thurs-Mon so the next two comics might conceivably be a bit late. It all depends on how busy he keeps me. I'm trying to stay on top of everything. :)
The next week or so completes the heart conditon story.

Ouch
That was one of the things my late wife found a blessing about moving to the UK, our healthcare system. It may be a little broken and patched up, but with her asthma, diabetes, arthritis, angina, and the liver disease that eventually claimed her klife, had she stayed in the sa it would have bankrupted us.

To be honest. Medically I would suggest against any and all electrical current being pumped through your body. I know devices for BDSM uses are not made to cary enough charge to physically cause permanent damaged to nerves but with a weakened heart any play with such items is foolish. I am not a doctor nor an electrician just another poorly designed heart person sharing a concern with you.

Anon, I've actually read up on all of the devices I use ahead of time and most of them don't send current through the body/heart at all. Tens units could potentially be dangerous but I ONLY use them below the waist. Same goes for the cattle prod but it only affects the surface of the skin and would never be able to affect the heart directly. :) Also, I don't have a condition that affects the functioning of my heart, so much, though of course the heart-attack weakens it somewhat.

Awww, this one won't display for me, something about errors...but I'm loving the comic so far. I adore the fact you're comfortable enough in your own skin to be so sexy...as a big girl myself I kind of envy it.

Strange... My best friend's friend named Ash*** has the same exact thing. A hole in here heart and she was rather strange if I remember correctly.

(I feel bad that I have to comment as anon since I'm younger that what I usually say. >///> I'm actually going to be 16 within a month or two of this comment and I write erotica yet I STILL have to lie about my age to view stuff that I am mentally able to handle. Rage over. :P)
