I kinda envy Al here. I mean, how many of us haven't wanted to chase a nekkid chubby girl around the room with an electrical device, if only for the comedic value of it all?

There's no resentment here - we just need an excuse to take our sense of fun out on someone. Like... artists who don't update. (I'm also in on the herd of cattle prod-bearing readers - well, would be if I weren't conveniently on the other side of the world!)
If everyone is going after her with cattle prods, then I'm going to give her one. (secretly daydreams about Nic chasing me around with the cattle prod I give her) :-P Love your comics!!!
Hmm, that actually gives access to a very nice way to keep you updating...
though, maybe she should shock you once every day for every missing update...
that way you are reminded to update on a regular base :P
i personally prefer the riding crop. if you can get a good swing going it can sting for hours. but that's just me. tazers/prods/electro devices are fun, but too easy to abuse. i prefer really getting into it and being part of the fun ... well you know what i mean. well it's class time for me. i'll be back later nic. <3 ya!! ((and would totally date you if i could.))
Since everybody is chiming in on the Zap issue, Let me join the fun, only I would blindfold you so you never knew where the zap was coming from. And of course the zapper would be derated to a lower voltage, more of a nasty static shock than a taser unit.
Other than that, you have had a rough patch, so some leniency is given.
perhaps it's time to mention the scariest cattleprod game ever,
being made to walk backwards, step by step, into an active cattleprod, never knowing which step will lead to pain.

It's been a fortnight. I don't care so much about shocks with a cattleprod than I do about just getting some updated info.
If you're not posting a comic that's still fine - just a "hey guys, this is what's going on in life" would be cool. :-)
(Though I'd still hope for a weekly comic, at least.)
You've had a lot of stuff going on over the past couple of months, both with work and personal relationships, so I'm not surprised if it's knocked you about - but as the previous post asked: Are you okay, Nic?
I'm gonna guess writers block, or something along those lines.
What is it that originally made you want to create this comic? What do you enjoy most about having created it? Just something to think on... :-)
ah.....missing the updates, but every once in a while, "real life" kicks in and knocks us for a loop and out of routine.....hoping all is well and looking forward to the next episode.

hey folks, sharky here, nic's perfectly fine, but had a sudden bout of busyness as people obviously noticed, I asked her whether she wants me to give an official update, but I guess she has a comic ready to put up. she is however not in california at the moment so logistics get in the way.
it will happen though so... be patient
